Having the Courage

Having the courage…

To tell your client what they need to hear not what they want to hear.

To not lower your price just because someone asked you to.

To create something that keeps you at work late or gets you there early.

To enjoy Mondays and despise the word “Hump Day”.

To give your full attention to what you are doing.

To get off your email and out of your office.

To be honest with people.

To look people in the eyes.

To fight like hell to get great results.

To do something that makes you uncomfortable but will benefit the client.

To try something new.

To make a cold call because you believe in your work.

To ask for a referral.

To demand excellence from your client.

To back that demand up with your own excellent job.

What do you say?
