3 Vinyasa Yoga Classes.

2 Clean eating/food prep/raw cooking classes with recipes
1 High Intensity Interval Training Workout
Online module of “Priming” with several different practices that include daily journaling, book list, etc from a coaching perspective that leads to a healthier life and mindset. A healthier fella of course :).
