Ruckus is everywhere...let's cause some

Seth Godin has a new book out and it’s called “What to do when it’s your turn.”
He sent an email out letting me (and I’m sure thousands of others) that the book was on its way and he was excited for us to cause a ruckus after we read it.
Tony Robbins is back with his first book in a few decades because he was upset at the financial world after watching the documentary “The Inside Job” narrated by Matt Damon.  He wrote this book to give anybody the opportunity to achieve financial freedom.
Charity Water continues to send me unbelievable stories and emails about the lives that they are saving and helping with the money I have donated to them.
American Red Cross shows up on my doorstep (in the form of a postcard) with a thank you for donating blood and a name and picture of someone who received it in need.
Groups like Toastmasters and TED are giving people the power to speak, new age food banks and gardens are giving people the power to eat, and the internet has given people the power to create something of value for others.
The more I’m looking around the more I see the status quo getting flipped upside down with people, places, and things that want to cause a “Ruckus.”
It’s everywhere.
What’s causing a ruckus?
Standing up for what you believe in.  Click to Tweet!
Being respectful, grateful, and compassionate to all walks of life.
Living in the moment and letting yourself tap into your passions.
Creating a difference in someone’s world, even perhaps your own, when it seems that there is no way out.
Handing out value to people in your community like it’s pennies.
That’s what causing a ruckus means to me.
What about you?
It’s exciting…a world full of hot dog stands…if only I could order some more hot dog costumes for everyone to rock.
Thank you for being.  Wherever you may be today…do something for yourself and for others that means something.  As little as a hand written thank you card or holding a door or big as starting to create change in something you believe needs changed.
Let us know in the comments what you do if you feel so inclined.
If you don’t have the time yet in your life to do it…it will be here for you on January 2nd.  Sign up HERE to get the best price on the Efficiency Recipe when it comes out.
Until then…
Spread good vibes, demand the best from yourself, Carpe Diem!
Mike
